Open to outside organizations — school groups, booster clubs and government agreements use a separate process. Requests must be submitted at least 10 business days ahead.
How renting works
Submitting
Pick a facility below and submit a request — no account needed. District staff review each one, generally a couple of business days per step. You'll get an email with the decision and, if approved, the next steps: proof of insurance, then payment. A secure link in that email lets you check where your request is at any time.
What it costs
Costs are estimates until the Facilities Department confirms them. One custodian is included in every rental. The committee may add charges for extra custodians, maintenance, or law enforcement depending on your event.
Not eligible
Private family events — weddings, funerals, wakes, birthday parties, reunions. Individual classrooms, media centers, kitchens, science labs, agriculture labs, and family and consumer sciences labs aren't rentable at all; any exception is handled outside this site.
