What and when

High school

Choosing a date doesn't hold it. The school checks its own calendar when it reviews your request — these dates aren't reserved until you're approved.
Tournaments may span two consecutive weekends (or run Friday afternoon through Sunday) as one event. Standing weekly, monthly, or seasonal reservations are not allowed. Requests must be submitted at least 10 business days before the first date.
About your event
Private family events (weddings, funerals, wakes, birthday parties, reunions) are not eligible. The facility fee, custodial estimate, and any committee-required law enforcement or maintenance are set once the request reaches Facilities Department Review — not shown here.
