What's included
- Use of the space for the hours you book.
- One custodian, included in every rental and priced in the estimate.
What you'll need
- To be an outside organization — school groups and booster clubs use a separate process.
- To request at least 10 business days ahead. Shorter notice can't be submitted.
- Proof of insurance and a signed indemnification agreement, uploaded after the committee approves your request.
- Payment by check, due 5 business days before your first date.
Private family events — weddings, funerals, wakes, birthday parties, reunions — are not eligible.
